After some time and hard work, Performance Pool & Spa has a clean and sophisticated new website (so long old ugly website from the 90’s!). We’ve also been working on a few other projects we’ve unveiled recently, so we figured what better time to do a roundup of everything new at PPS than our first blog post on our new site! So, without further delay, here’s a list of everything we’ve been working on over the slow winter season.
1. New website
Shocking and unexpected yes I know, but we do have a new website with a lot of new tools and functionality to check out. Some of the less obvious resources to check out are the hot tub builder to find the perfect hot tub for your criteria, the store locator that directs you to your nearest PPS location, the Latham Liner Visualizer which will show you how the liner you want will look in your backyard, and all of our new helpful sections on water care with how to videos for common pool & spa maintenance issues. We will be updating and adding to the site as the season goes on so check back in regularly to see what’s new!
2. Loyalty Programs
Over the past week we have rolled out our new pool & spa loyalty rewards programs. We are using a punch card system, so there is a spa punch card and a pool punch card. Both punch cards have 6 punches, and you can redeem the punches for various pool and spa maintenance chemicals over the season. Stop in to your local PPS and pick up these punch cards so you can start earning rewards today!
3. Helpful Pool & Spa Videos
We have been hearing from customers that they would like more instruction when it comes to pool and spa care. So this year we decided to get to work and started filming a variety of helpful videos on spa care, water maintenance, and pool procedures like cleaning a filter or vacuuming the pool. Be sure to check out our YouTube for all these helpful videos and more, and let us know if you have an idea for a video that you’d like to see us tackle.
4. Spa Referral Program
PPS has had a spa referral program in the past, but this year it’s been reconfigured to be easier and more rewarding to be a part of. Here’s how it works: if you know someone that is looking for a spa, and you tell them about PPS and they mention your name before signing for the spa, you will get a $200 credit applied to your Performance account.
