There are easy steps to take for getting the repeller started and ready to go.
Insert Mat and Twist in Fuel Cartridge.
Turn it On: Rotate to On, then Click to Start (Click 2-3 times).
Check the view window for the orange glow to ensure heat is on.
Place in Center of Area. Wait 15 Minutes.

When you schedule service, we’ll ask for a credit card to hold the appointment. No charges will be placed on your card until the day following the service call. If you prefer, you may pay the technician on site, but a card is required to set up the job.
